“Back in my-Their Day…”: +2 hit with old weapons

Level 1 Powers:
Echo Strike:
Roll to hit vs their Int
Hit: 1d6+ Wis
+ Eff
1. Green -- 0 dmg and +2 to hit on next Attack
2. Blue -- +1 Damage and Slow for 1 round
3. Yellow –- Heal 1.5 * damage instead
4. Red -– Burn, 1d4 damage next round
5. White -- Radiant Damage
6. Black -- Blind
